Club members and officers volunteered to help prepare and sell the matcha drinks during all lunches. “I’m really thankful to Chef Dalton for being such a huge help in ordering all of the ingredients,” club officer Lily Plumb (12) said. “I made the matcha during seminar before lunch in her room.”
