During the Anatomy & Physiology class, Abigail Goldstein (11) and Trudy Richardson (11) participate in the chicken wing lab. The lab highlighted the comparisons between the human and chicken arm, and was entirely conducted by the students. “The lab was gross and interesting,” Richardson said. “But it helped me learn more about how muscles work in our body.”
