The Rams beat the Wildcats 7-0 to advance their record to 4-0. “We had a really successful season,” Small (12) said. “We had a winning record and we’re really looking forward to the post season. We just need to keep working hard and doing what we’ve been doing.”
The Field Hockey team racked up their accolades during regular season play, and they have no intention of stopping. With a season record of 15-5, the Rams won the Suburban Yellow Conference Champions title. In conference play, they had a record of 4-0, scoring a total of 22 goals and only letting in one goal on defense. Captain and University of Albany commit Victoria Derdoy (12) leads the pack with 31 goals this season. Goalie Mimi Tabscott (11) keeps the goal on lockdown with a save percentage of .764. The Rams look forward to their Sweet 16 game Oct. 25, where they will start their road to state finals.
